NameKasper Dul
BirthBetween July 1871 and July 1872
Short bioAccording to Rose Dul, who married Kasper’s son Michael, Victoria Lasica and Kasper Dul had three children: John, who was born in Pennsylvania later moved to Poland with his family; Michael, born July 22, 1907, in Detroit; and Mary, who was born in Poland in 1910 and remained there.

Kasper and Victoria moved to the United States for several years but returned to Poland with their two sons, probably between 1907 and 1910. In a phone interview in September 2000, Rose Dul described Kasper as “sort of a gypsy, a free spirit moving around from place to place. He went up to Winnipeg, Canada, with his wife for a little while before returning here.” According to his son Michael’s 1907 birth certificate, Kasper was “a laborer.” Dul is a common surname in Poland, so it’s quite unlikely that Kasper Dul was related to his wife’s mother, Maria Dul.
