Short bioPatricia worked as a nurse for most of her career. During the late 2000s she moved from Warwick, NY, to be with her daughter Patricia’s family on Oahu. Up until age 80 she was still working out at the gym and moving about an acre of lawn with a garden tractor and her front yard with a gas mower that she pushes. More than 80 relatives and friends showed up in June 2000 at her surprise 80th birthday party in the Catskills (which Joseph Lasica, Mary, Robert Lasica and Kathy Lasica Schiro attended).
Death noticePatricia S. Kilinski, a retired geriatric nurse and artist of Warwick, New York passed in the early morning hours of March 6th [2015].

Pat was an avid painter and enjoyed yoga and tai chi into her 90s. Her last painting, a floral titled “Rapture,” was exhibited in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2014.

Pat is the daughter of Anton and Anna Madansky of New Jersey. She was predeceased by her husband Edward Kilinski of Warwick.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Kawa’a and her husband, Earl and granddaughter, Yahna of Oahu, HI; her son, Michael Kilinski and his wife, Darlene of Maui, HI; her daughter, Candy Kazmar and her husband, Bill, granddaughter, Jenny and grandson, Kevin of Pine Bush, NY; and by many great nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Pat was athletic throughout her life. She grew up playing basketball, baseball and loved water skiing. She was an avid homemaker and devoted to her family, who would often wake to the aroma of freshly baked bread and homemade jam. She was curious and adventuresome and will be deeply missed by family and friends.
